We organize a series of periodic activities, including a weekly seminar and a reading group
Joint seminar of GAPCOMB, together with the ALBCOM and the COMBGRAPH teams. We meet every Thursday at 16:15 at C3-005.
The workshop is an annual meeting of the research group, held in the abbey of Montserrat in July of every year.
Master seminar centred on coding theory and coordinated by Prof. Simeon Ball in the Spring of 2021
Reading group that covers a new breakthrough in random discrete structures. We will cover related topics such as the switching lemma of Razborov and the Sunflower conjecture. We meet on Fridays at 11:00 in C3-005.
This reading group will cover the recent breakthrough solving Marton's conjecture (also known as the Polynomial Freiman Ruzsa (PFR) Conjecture). We will meet in Room C3-005 at Campus Nord (usual seminar room) on Thursdays at 14.30. Talks will be planned to be 1 hour with space for questions and discussion after.
